Tinychat Problem "Camera Is In Use By Other Applications"

Are you a TinyChatters having problem in your webcam device???
saying "camera is in use by other applications" even you have close all the windows and applications that might be using you webcam.

Here is one solution to get rid of this problem.

If you are using Google Chrome as your browser

STEP 1:

               

    - Go to Customize and Control Google an icon can be found on the upper right corner of your           browser 

STEP 2:

    - Look for "Settings". This will open new Tab in your browser

             

STEP 3:

   - On Chrome Settings tab, find "Show Advance Setting" and look for Privacy and click    Content Settings...

STEP 4:

   - In Privacy Content Settings, look for Media Settings

This will be the settings or your Media for you browser. For Microphone and Camera just click on the drop down button for you set your preferred device.

STEP 5:

   - After Settings your preferred device, click the Manage Exceptions. In this section it will show the web applications settings for your audio and camera/video. Look for Tinychat hostname pattern in you Media Exception if the Audio and Device set to DENY just edit and choose ALLOW.

STEP 6:

   - After doing this simple steps. Go to back to your tinychat website. Log in your account and enter in a room and Start Broadcasting...
